About
We’re three friends who decided to build the kind of GTA FiveM Roleplay server we always wished existed. After spending years in communities where the focus was on money, favoritism, power groups, and admins who looked the other way, we’d finally had enough. Roleplay should be fair, fun, and immersive for everyone—not just a select few.
So we created our own community:
A place where quality of life matters, rules actually mean something, and every player—new or experienced—gets a fair shot. No cash-grabs, no cliques running the city, no admins sitting idle while chaos unfolds. Just a balanced, engaging, story-driven environment built by players who care.

Before you jump in, read these rules. Keep it real, keep it fair, and keep it fun.

📜 1. General Conduct
1.1. Respect Everyone — No matter who they are, IC or OOC. Real ones move with respect.
1.2. No Harassment or Discrimination — Hate speech, toxicity, or drama = instant ban.
1.3. No Exploits or Cheats — Glitches, bugs, or mod abuse will get you baned.
1.4. Staff Decisions Are Final — Respect staff calls. If you disagree, appeal the right way.
1.5. Keep It English — English is the main language unless RP demands otherwise.

🎭 2. Roleplay Standards
2.1. Stay IC (In Character) — You are your character when you’re in the city.
2.2. No Fail RP — Keep it believable. Think it through before you act.
2.3. No Powergaming — Don’t force RP or outcomes on others.
2.4. No Metagaming — IC and OOC stay separate. No using Discord info in character.
2.5. Realistic Character Names — No meme names, no goofy aliases. And avoided famous names.
2.6. Value Your Life — If your life’s on the line, act like it.
2.7. New Life Rule (NLR) — If you die, your memory of that situation dies too. No revenge RP.

🔫 3. Crime & Law Enforcement
3.1. Criminal RP — Build stories, not chaos. Random shooting(RDM) = Ban
3.2. Robberies & Hostage RP — Must have buildup and negotiation; no spam hits.
3.3. Cops & Lawmen — Act professional, keep it clean.
3.4. Bounties & Hits — Only if it fits RP. No random attacks.
3.5. Weapons Use — Use what fits your role. RDM = instant ban.
3.6. Cuffing — Use of force is necessary, if they are resisting escalate it never Shoot first then ask questions. Same goes for Civs escalate the situation do not try and shoot first ask later

💸 4. Economy & Property
4.1. Earn It Legit — Work, hustle, trade. No exploiting systems.
4.2. Property Ownership — All purchases go through in game RP never ooc or in discord channels.
4.3. Trading & Sales — Handle deals IC. No OOC scamming or cross-server trades.
4.4. Keep It Real — Don’t hoard stuff your character couldn’t logically own.

💬 5. Communication Rules
5.1. Voice Chat — Stay IC unless clearly marked OOC.
5.2. OOC Chat — Only for quick fixes or tech issues.
5.3. Discord Conduct — Same respect and RP standards apply here too.

⚖️ 6. Staff & Enforcement
6.1. Staff Authority — Staff are here to keep balance. And fairness never to harass or follow you around.
6.2. Reporting Issues — Use tickets or reports — no drama in RP.
6.3. Punishments — Warnings, kicks, or bans — depends on how bad you mess up.
6.4. Appeals — You can appeal through the official ticket system.

🧍 7. Character Development
7.1. Backstory — Everyone’s got a reason they’re here. Make yours make sense. And play by it and don't be afraid to post it in the corresponding channels!
7.2. Character Death — Treat death seriously; perma-deaths can happen by player choice.
7.3. Multiple Characters — Allowed, but they can’t mix stories or resources. Allowed up to five no more.
7.4. Character job — If you have multiple characters, you can duel job IE ems and pd, however you can not be high ranking in either or, and can not be in any gangs whilst in First responders or LEO positions.
7.5. Corruption — IS allowed but keep it fair and to a minimum one example is giving guns out or taking drugs and selling them on off duty. Do not just use LEO to give out massive amounts of free guns or ammo ect. Keep it fair and in RP. (this rule does not keep you safe from department SOP and possible punishments from the departments)

⚔️ 8. Conflict & Combat RP
8.1. RDM — No random kills. Every fight needs a reason.
8.2. VDM — No using vehicles or mounts as weapons unless justified by RP.
8.3. Hostile RP — Must have context and story; no random beef.
8.4. Surrender & Capture — Give people fair RP opportunities. Don’t cut stories short.

9.1. Keep It Believable — This is modern-day RP — realism is the goal.
9.2. Stay Grounded — No superpowers, no nonsense.

LEO
1. Los Santos Police Department (LSPD)
City-based policing focused on urban patrols, crime response, traffic enforcement, and rapid emergency calls. LSPD officers handle day-to-day civilian interactions inside Los Santos and maintain order in high-population areas.
2. Blaine County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO)
Rural law enforcement covering Sandy Shores, Grapeseed, and Paleto Bay. Deputies handle county-wide patrols, wildlife issues, back-road pursuits, and support the state police with major incidents.
3. San Andreas State Police (SASP / Highway Patrol)
Statewide agency specializing in traffic enforcement, high-speed pursuits, DUI stops, and highway safety. Troopers provide backup across the map and handle large-scale investigations.
4. San Andreas Game Warden
Responsible for state parks, forests, and wildlife protection. Rangers deal with poaching, backcountry rescue, environmental crimes, and law enforcement within protected lands.

Fire Rescue
San Andreas Fire Rescue(SAFR) handle all emergency medical calls, fire suppression, vehicle extrications, and rescue operations across San Andreas. Members respond to structure fires, car accidents, medical emergencies, hazardous materials incidents, and natural disasters. EMS provides on-scene treatment, stabilization, and patient transport, while Fire Rescue manages fire control, technical rescues, and scene safety. Together, they protect the community through fast response, teamwork, and life-saving skills.

Gangs
players have full freedom to own any existing business or create their own from scratch from shops and nightclubs to custom companies and services. You can run it legitimately or use it as a front for criminal operations.
Players can also join an existing gang or start a brand-new one, building alliances, rivals, and unique storylines that shape the criminal world of the server.
